  My presentation:

  Tell me a story
  What can we learn from storytelling in improvisation education?

  Storytelling is an innate ability. People tell each other stories over coffee breaks without preparing them or practicing them (well, most people don’t).

  In this presentation I want to talk about how we can use this innate ability to improve our improvisations and the teaching of improvisation.

  It helps tremendously when I ask a student to imagine a story; but to which extent can I help the student imagine her own story without having to ask for it, and what else can I learn from the world of storytelling?
